Order onlineOrdering couldn't be simpler, just add the products you wish to buy to the cart and be sure to put in any personalisation details that are needed in the box. If you forget to add these details with your order thats ok, just send me an email using the contact button on the website. Select 'Standard Delivery' if you need your order delivered. Studio pickup is for local orders (Kells) only.
Once i receive your order I will begin work on it within a few days and will email you a proof of your design within about 4 working days for your approval, before printing and framing it. You will need to double check the information on it - spellings, dates etc. before printing. Once the artwork is approved i can't be held responsible for any errors that were present on the artwork at time of proofing (there will be a charge for any edits and reprints that are needed as a result).
The overall turnaround time on all orders is approx 8 working days. I can sometimes fulfill a rush order but please contact me first as it may not be possible during busy periods and there will be an extra charge for a rush order.
Delivery of all framed prints is by courier. Please ensure that you use a delivery address where there will be someone available to sign for the package between 9am and 5pm.
You will receive a notification email when your order has shipped and you should receive your order within two working days of dispatch. If you haven't received your package 2 days after it's been dispatched please contact me and i'll look into it.
Unfortunately we do not deliver to anywhere outside of Ireland at this time.
IRELAND: Courier delivery within Ireland is just €7.50 no matter how many frames you order!
For prints posted out in a hard back envelope the delivery rate is €3
IN-STUDIO COLLECTION: Local collection is available from the studio here in Kells, just select 'IN-STUDIO COLLECTION' as the shipping method at checkout and it will remove the delivery charge. Please select 'Standard Shipping' as the method if you need it delivered.
Items damaged in transit:
It rarely happens but if you do receive an item that was damaged during delivery please contact me as soon as you've received it (no later than 10 days after dispatch) with photos of the damage and i will arrange a replacement.
