What is your turnaround time?

Generally 10 days but during busy periods such as Christmas, First Communion season etc it can take longer.

 

Do you create bespoke designs?

Yes, most of the time I can create something unique for you for an extra fee. During busy periods of the year this isn't always possible. Please contact me to discuss your requirements and I'll let you know if I can do it.

Will i get a chance to approve my artwork before it's sent out?

Yes I will email you a proof of your design within about 5 working days (at busy times it may take longer) for your approval, before printing and framing it. You will need to double check the information on it - spellings, dates etc. before printing. Once the artwork is approved i can't be held responsible for any errors that were present on the artwork at time of proofing (there will be a charge for any edits and reprints that are needed as a result).

Can i request a rush order?

Yes, there is an option to add a rush order to items in your cart for an extra fee. I charge extra for rush orders as they take extra time. I am a one-person show here and generally have a lot of orders in at any time. Please contact me first if you require a rush order to see if i can accommodate you.

How are orders sent out?

Delivery is by An Post and is tracked. 

You will receive a notification email when your order has shipped and you should receive your order within 2-3 working days of dispatch.

Unfortunately we do not deliver to anywhere outside of the island of Ireland at this time.

What is your delivery cost?

IRELAND (incl Northern Ireland): Flat rate charge of €7.50 no matter how many frames you order. Greeting cards have their own delivery rates depending on how many you are getting. 

For prints and greeting cards we use An Post and the price varies depending on if you're in RoI or North.


Do you offer a collection service?

Yes, contactless collection is available from the studio here in Kells, Co Meath. Just select 'PICKUP' instead of delivery when you're at the checkout and once you have gone through the artwork approval process (usually 5 days after ordering) we will arrange a day/time for you to collect your order. 

My item has arrived damaged

It rarely happens but if you do receive an item that was damaged during delivery please contact me as soon as you've received it (no later than 10 days after dispatch) with photos of the damage and i will arrange a replacement.
